Befriend Your Jealousy

Move and breathe to calm your body. Then, make a healthy choice. 

 

First, stomp in place (feet or hands) and count down from 8.

 

 

Next, twist and punch the air 7 times.

 

 

Clap your hands above your head 21 times.

 

 

Now, touch your toes as you think about one thing you're grateful for.

 

 

 And then to finish, take 3 deep breaths to shrink your jealousy to the size of a jellybean.

 

Jealousy helps you identify a new goal, and gives you the creativity to go get it. To unlock its power, think of three things you're grateful for.
