Five Days of Video Lessons & Activities

To make emotion education fun and easy, we've organized our video lessons into 5 days of programming which can be used as a school-wide mental health initiative, or as a series of activities within individual classrooms. Once these lessons have been completed, students and staff will have a common language, as well as a set of practical regulation tools, to refer back to for the rest of the school year.
